RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts for accommodation, other than residential accommodation, provided on a specific date or period.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Depending on the rate chosen by the client when booking, cancellation conditions may apply.
At the time of booking, the client is informed of the cancellation conditions for the selected rate.
As of today, there are two rates:
“Non-refundable, non-cancellable”: once the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation amount is charged and non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding extras, is debited at booking.
“Flexible”: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the booking confirmation email. If the reservation is canceled after this period or in case of no-show at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, is charged and non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the client when booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
